Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 24 hours after delivery of products. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt/screenshot or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any accounts are disabled within 24 hours
  • Can’t log in to the account
  • Delivery deadline missed by us
